Moon Tide was designed by a local architect with both style and function in mind. Spacious common areas and private retreats make it easy for everyone to spread out or come together.

• Bedrooms: 5 total (plus 3rd floor loft) with a variety of sleeping arrangements for up to 18 guests. Bed Arrangements - 3 Kings, 2 Twin Bunk Beds, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed, 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.
• Bathrooms: 5.5, including spa-like master suites.
• Living Areas: Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space with ocean views.
• Outdoor Living: Covered porch, rooftop deck, picnic table, and charcoal grill.
• Entertainment: 8 Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, books, puzzles, board games, and more.

Planning ahead? Guests are welcome to inquire directly with us about advanced bookings. Our first right of refusal policy allows returning guests the opportunity to rebook their same dates each year to make Moon Tide their home away from home. We’re also happy to discuss options with those planning future trips.

• Check-Out 10AM
• Max of 2 well-behaved medium sized dogs allowed with a fee.
• Please respect the island, house, and neighbors - local quiet hours (10 pm – 7 am).
• Security: Exterior cameras at the front and back entries.
• Due to this home’s location on Palmetto Blvd. Guests may not access via Golf Cart, but LSV (Low-Speed-Vehicle) access is permitted.
• Turtle Season (May 1 – Oct 31): Help protect nesting sea turtles by closing blinds on ocean-facing windows at night.
