From check in to check out this was just perfect. Our villa was very clean and had everything you could need. This rental unit was really nice. Clean and well maintained. Enjoyed it very much. Perfect location on Folly Beach

Awesome place. My second visit with my daughter and sister. Great views, walk to downtown. My family always came to Folly Beach when I was growing up, and I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Such nice people and great vibes.

120 Charleston Oceanfront Villas is BEAUTIFUL!!! We slept with the doors open and breathed in the water, wind and waves. If it is a clear moonlight night, make certain to set your alarm to see the moonlight on the ocean!

We loved this rental! Gorgeous view made us able to enjoy the ocean. Proximity to Charleston allowed shopping and dining excursions. Everything was clean, comfortable, attractive. Very easy to move in and out with elevators, carts for luggage, covered parking. It was our first time at Folly Beach, but we hope to return. This condo will be our first choice for rental.

Beautiful oceanfront condo with a great location which was walking distance to restaurants and anything else you could need. Unit is near end of building making it close to pool and beach entrance. Nicely decorated with a nice open floor plan. Close to elevator and building has carts for use to load you baggage into condo. A very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Girls trip - a great time, it couldn't have been in a better location, steps from beach, 2 blocks to several restaurants and 3 blocks to the Main Street with all the shops.

We enjoyed our stay! My husband and I were traveling with our 2 adult kids and their spouses and 10 mo old granddaughter. The condo was clean and recently updated with new family room couches (big and super comfortable). The view was unbeatable! We were even treated so some evening thunder and lightning storms over the water that were just remarkable to watch! The master bedroom and bathroom were wonderful! Super comfortable mattress and the shower was modern and clean. The kitchen was well appointed.

This three bedroom condo was clean, very well stocked, comfortable beds, with a large beautiful oceanfront balcony to enjoy. It is located within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops and about a 20 minute drive to Charleston. We had the best vacay!

Our first visit to Folly Beach, and we picked the most spectacular place to say! From opening the door with lights on, and soft music playing, what an absolute treat! We planned this visit on a 2 week trip from VT to FL with this being our first stop heading back home. We truly appreciated the ocean view and sounds, which really renewed and restored our energy. Everything was just perfect. We will plan to return to this unit for sure. Whomever owns this unit, please give them our thanks and appreciation.
