3 Pelican Bay

Great experience!!!

I can't say enough good things about this property - and I am very picky. The house was very clean and inviting when we arrived, with the music playing on the tv's in each room. Carolina One uses inspectors to come by to make sure the home is clean and ready for guests to arrive. We had a group of 9 and the house accommodated us perfectly. One room has the twin bunk over the full bunk and this was perfect. We had family at two different rentals also and we gathered at Pelican Bay each evening for meals. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we needed, including utensils. The home is so lovely and beautifully designed, with very nice touches throughout. I work for a magazine and we feature beautiful homes every month and I was very impressed with this house. Also, there is a little "room" outside downstairs where the kids played corn hole (also supplied by the owners). I also own rental property and the owners of this home have gone the extra mile to make sure that their guests enjoy this beautiful home.

We loved our stay at Pelican Bay. It is a beautiful beach cottage, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Very close to the beach and at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Kitchen is has everything we needed. Enjoyed gator spotting every day from the screened in back deck. The porch swing on the back porch was wonderful and we spent as much time outside as we could. Loved our stay here and would definitely rent again.

This is a beautiful home. It was well appointed with a perfect location. Be aware that 2 of the bedrooms upstairs are quite small with the beds pushed against the wall.
